The guiding principle of Local Agenda 21 is sustainable
development meeting the needs of current generations
whilst protecting the environment which future generations
will depend upon.
Think Globally, Act Locally
East Finchley Local Agenda 21 Partnership is working to:
Raise awareness of environmental and community issues
Encourage development and implementation of
environmentally friendly practices
Increase community involvement in Council decisions
which will affect East Finchley.
Membership is open to residents, businesses and
community groups within the East Finchley area.
We need active local help from everyone - men, women,
and children! If you have a specific interest, ideas for a
project or just want to get involved in helping the local

page to contact us and make your opinions known.
Grants can be applied for to aid projects but a little hard
work and enthusiasm from local individuals is often all that
is needed.
